Student Ministries

Our children's program, led by our Children's Ministry Director, Tanya Moore, serves children from Nursery-6th grade weekly during our Sunday service.  Kids up through 6th grade can be checked into their class before the service (registration opens at 9:45 am). PreSchool-6th grade kids have a time of music and singing and then transition into age-appropriate classrooms (PreSchool, Pre-K&K, 1st-6th grade).

    Vineyard Kids Vision Statement:

Connecting children with God and to a growing, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.

    Here are our core values:

We want children to believe that God is and that he is presently calling them into a relationship with him.

We want children to experience God’s love and to respond with a desire to love him in return.

We want children to learn that God calls us to “act justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly” following Christ’s example.

We want children to understand God’s gift of salvation is free and cannot be earned; to see their need to both receive and extend grace to others.

We want children to see the unchanging goodness of God and to live in expectation of all his promises.

We want children to know God’s revelation of himself through his inspired Word and through the presence of the Holy Spirit.

At Vineyard Christian Church students, from 7th through 12th, meet  each Wednesday night, from 7-9 PM at the church.  Students can arrive as early as 6:45 to hangout and have fun with their friends.  Wednesday Night Youth Group is a place for teens (7th-12th grade) to gather with friends, play some games, have a time of worship, hear an inspiring message and be part of a safe, Godly environment.

The Youth Small Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 5-6:30 PM.

VCC Youth Small Group is a discipleship group for students interested in going deeper in their faith. This is a meeting where students will get hands-on experience on how to pray, read their Bible, worship God, be in tune with the Holy Spirit, as well as other spiritual disciplines. Students will be given weekly devotions to help them grow and mature in their faith.
